Regional Sales Director
About the Role
Synerion is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our presence across a defined territory in North America. In this role, you will partner with prospective and existing customers to evaluate and sell Synerion’s solutions, while building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
You will play a key role in shaping regional sales strategy, developing pipeline, and delivering value-based solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
• Drive revenue growth by selling Synerion’s suite of SaaS solutions to new and existing customers
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy, including identifying key accounts and building a strong pipeline
• Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating value and ROI
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Prepare and present proposals based on customer requirements and business outcomes
• Generate leads through networking, relationship-building, and outbound efforts
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce)
What You Bring
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience within a SaaS environment
• Proven success managing full sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Experience selling to HR and/or Finance leaders is an asset
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Education
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 CAD/ USD
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 – $240,000 CAD/ USD (including commission; uncapped)

Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable employment standards.
