Position Summary
The National Account Sales Manager (NASM) will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with national and enterprise-level customers. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by securing multi-site opportunities, expanding Qumulex’s footprint with enterprise organizations, and enabling channel partners to support large-scale deployments.
The NASM will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, and product management to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales Execution
- Identify, prospect, and secure business with national accounts and multi-location enterprises.
- Develop account strategies and close opportunities in alignment with revenue goals.
- Channel & Partner Development
- Work with Qumulex’s integration partners, distributors, and national integrators to support enterprise opportunities.
- Provide sales enablement, training, and joint business planning with channel partners.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with decision-makers at the executive and operational levels.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to customers on cloud video, analytics, and access control strategies.
- Market Development
- Represent Qumulex at industry trade shows, partner events, and customer-facing webinars.
- Provide customer and market insights to shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaboration
- Partner with sales engineers to design solutions tailored to enterprise customers.
- Work with marketing to develop vertical-specific programs and collateral for national accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in physical security, SaaS, or cloud technology industries.
- Demonstrated success managing national or enterprise accounts with complex buying processes.
- Strong knowledge of video surveillance, video management systems, access control, and/or IoT security technologies.
- Experience with channel-driven sales models (system integrators, VARs, distributors).
- Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% nationally.
