The Opportunity
We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to join our growing team. The NAM will be responsible for driving strategic relationships with large multi-site customers, key channel partners, and national system integrators to accelerate adoption of Qumulex solutions across vertical markets.
This role is ideal for a consultative sales leader who thrives in solution-based selling, has experience navigating complex buying processes, and can create long-term value for both customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Identify, pursue, and close business with national accounts and multi-location enterprises.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with Qumulex’s growth strategy.
- Channel Engagement
- Work closely with Qumulex’s integration and distribution partners to support joint sales efforts.
- Educate and enable channel partners to position Qumulex effectively in the market.
- Consultative Selling
- Engage C-suite and security leadership at enterprise customers to position Qumulex as a trusted advisor.
- Lead solution design conversations leveraging cloud video, analytics, and access control integration.
- Market Development
- Represent Qumulex at industry events, webinars, and partner initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product development and roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience in the physical security, SaaS, or cloud technology industries.
- Proven track record of managing national or enterprise accounts with complex buying cycles.
- Strong knowledge of video surveillance, VMS, access control, or IoT solutions.
- Experience working with channel-driven sales models (integrators, distributors, partners).
- Exceptional consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, with the ability to work remotely and independently.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% nationally.
