About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role designed for a creative and organized professional who wants to gain experience across all areas of marketing, from content creation and event support to digital campaigns and sales enablement. You’ll play a key part in executing marketing programs that elevate our brand, support our partners, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Sales Support

·      Assist in writing, editing, and updating marketing content, including blogs, case studies, and landing pages.

·      Create and maintain sales collateral such as one-pagers, battle cards, and pitch decks.

·      Develop customer testimonials, interviews, and other video content.

·      Repurpose content for multiple channels (social media, partner communications, and newsletters).

Social Media & Digital Marketing

·      Manage Synerion’s LinkedIn posting schedule and content calendar.

·      Support social campaigns with graphics, captions, and engagement tracking.

·      Monitor website performance and assist with SEO and GEO optimization.

Events & Partner Marketing

·      Support logistics for tradeshows, webinars, and partner events.

·      Coordinate with vendors and partners to deliver promotional assets and event materials.

·      Assist in post-event follow-ups, including lead uploads, reporting, and recap content.

Email & Campaign Support

·      Build and send marketing emails through HubSpot, including newsletters and product updates.

·      Manage audience lists, A/B testing, and campaign reporting.

·      Support ongoing nurture and automation workflows.

Brand & Creative Execution

·      Design simple graphics and visual assets in Canva or similar tools.

·      Ensure all materials align with Synerion’s brand standards and messaging.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding.

Marketing Operations

·      Assist in campaign tracking and analytics using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools.

·      Maintain database hygiene and UTM tracking for reporting.

·      Support day-to-day administrative tasks and cross-departmental coordination.

 

What You Bring

·      1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (B2B or SaaS preferred).

·      Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.

·      Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, and Google Analytics.

·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·      A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.

·      Ability to work with AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency in content production and reporting.
