Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager / Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise client implementations for Synerion’s time and scheduling solutions.

This role is responsible for managing complex, multi-phase deployments—typically in collaboration with our strategic partners (ADP, SAP, and others)—ensuring that each customer’s solution is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and understands the intricacies of managing enterprise software projects from kickoff to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Project Delivery

• Govern the enterprise implementations—from project initiation and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate internal teams (Professional Services, Product, Support, and Engineering) and external partners (ADP, SAP) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and be responsible for detailed project plans, schedules, deliverables, and milestones to meet client and partner expectations.
• Monitor risks and proactively address potential issues that could impact timelines, quality, or client satisfaction.

Client & Partner Engagement

• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients during implementation, maintaining clear, consistent communication and managing expectations.
• Build strong relationships with partner teams (ADP, SAP), aligning on joint project plans, integration requirements, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and status meetings to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.

Implementation Quality & Success

• Ensure configuration and system setup align with client business needs and Synerion best practices.
• Oversee testing and validation phases, including UAT and data migration activities.
• Manage project handover to Support and Customer Success for post-implementation continuity.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the enhancement of Synerion’s implementation methodologies, templates, and tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve scalability.
• Capture and share lessons learned from enterprise projects to drive organizational improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5–8 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations or large-scale software deployment projects.
• Proven success leading multi-stakeholder projects involving partners such as ADP, SAP, or other ERP/HCM platforms.
• Deep understanding of software delivery, data integration, and change management processes.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong client relationship management and executive-level communication abilities.

Preferred:

• Bilingual: English (required) and French (preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, or Scheduling software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline is an asset.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration environments.
